| Our club was founded by Brad Jones on February 2, 2001. It was quite an undertaking! Our meetings were held at the Roulette Fish and Game Club in those days. Those first officers and members did quite alot those first few years to get us to the point we are today! Some major milestones include: 1. Incorporation as a non-profit 501[c][3]corporation 2. Obtained permission from landowners including private, township, and businesses 3. Fundraising and purchasing liability trail insurance 4. Creating the trails & linking them up with local clubs 5. Developing the trailmap so folks don't get lost 6. Giving back to the community with an annual Winterfest, donations, and support of community projects 7. | We are located in Roulette Township, Potter County, PA. Our members maintain 50 miles of trails which connect with four
neighboring trail systems in the area. There are many beautiful scenic views as you travel the trails through private and public lands. Club members participate in multiple fundraiser events, maintain the groomer and the trails. Trail maintenance includes grooming, keeping trails clear of fallen trees and overgrown brush, smoothing out the trails where possible, placing and replacing drainpipes, building and maintaining bridges and much more. The trails are marked at the beginning of the season and markers are removed at the end. Meetings are held the first Monday of the month from September through April at 7 PM at the clubhouse. |
